The Soave Motto Piane 2012 sneak preview
As last year, after 40-45 days of drying period, the Garganega destinated to the production of the Soave Motto Piane 2012 was pressed last week. The wine is now fermenting into the tank. The aging in stainless steel vats and 25 hl barrels will complete the winemaking process. We have later to wait for the spring when the Soave Motto Paine 2012 will surely give us excellent satisfactions.
